pathway is for.
Experienced coaches and practitioners who already work with people and want a licensed behaviour-change methodology to deliver.
The Bye Bye Black Cat Coach pathway is not an entry-level coaching course. It assumes existing practitioner capability and adds the Bye Bye Black Cat methodology, the ethics and quality standards that sit around it, and the licence to deliver the approved coaching programme independently.
Prerequisite
- Applicants should be Licensed Master Practitioners of NLP certified by the Society of NLP.

The Pathway
Coach licensing process
Six stages from application to leading other coaches.

Join
Apply to the Bye Bye Black Cat Coach programme and enter the selected coaching pathway.

Learn
Learn by observing live coaching sessions led by Sylvia Fernandes or appropriately experienced coaches, with supervised learning and client debriefing as appropriate.

Certify
Attend the required sessions, sign the VIA Frontiers Ethics Agreement, complete quality-review requirements and receive the appropriate VIA Frontiers sign-off.

Launch
Become a Licensed Bye Bye Black Cat Coach and begin independently delivering the approved coaching programme.

Scale
Develop multiple coaching cohorts and grow an independent coaching practice using the licensed methodology.

Lead
Potential progression toward becoming a Master Coach, mentoring and developing future Bye Bye Black Cat Coaches.
